• $100 Referral fee is paid after a management agreement is signed by the Referral, and the rental is occupied.
• Paid to Broker.
• Paid annually upon renewal of the management agreement, for 3 years.
• Referral should be claimed within 90 days of signed management agreement. 
• In the event the owner chooses to sell the property, the owner will be referred back to Referring  Agent.
