Ready for Move-In?
To ensure a smooth and stress-free move-in experience, please review and complete the following steps before your scheduled move-in date.
What to Do Before Move-In
Ensure All Fees Have Been Paid -The following fees are due prior to receiving your keys. Payments should be made using the same method as your reservation fee:
- Security Deposit
- Resident Benefit Package
- Pet Fee (if applicable)
Transferring Utilities – Please transfer all utilities into your name BEFORE your move-in date. Email your receipt of service connection to respm@shermanandhemstreet.com. Utilize the Utility Concierge portion of the Resident Benefits Package to assist in connecting necessary utilities by clicking here.
Picking Up Keys
On the day of your move-in, your property manager will provide you with a time and date to pick up your keys. Our office is located at: 4316 Washington Road, Evans, GA 30809
Move-In Inspection (zInspector)
To assist you in documenting the condition of your new home, you will receive an email link to download zInspector to your wireless device for conducting your move-in inspection. This app is designed to protect your interests and help us keep your security deposit intact when you move out.
