What Are Power Broker Awards?
Power Broker Awards are given by CoStar, a company with all the insight into everything regarding commercial real estate. On their website, you will find the latest commercial real estate news, trends, analytics, and much more. Throughout the year, Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) professionals submit closed sales and lease transactions to CoStar, who then analyzes the deal and identifies winners within each market.
CoStar presents quarterly Power Broker Deals that are then consolidated and considered for the Power Broker Annual Awards.
